Opinion, suaradewata.com -Many of terrorist group has more power or high resilience, but Boko Haram and ISIS have the most powerful among them. Boko Haram was founded in 2002, it’s started to resistence western education. The meaning of Boko Haram is “forbidden western education” at Hausa language. Boko Haram was started military operation from Maiduguri in 2009, with operation results are thousand people were killed at Northeast Nigeria, hundred of people were kidnapped, including at least 200 woman student. Recently, Boko Haram was joined with ISIS, and now Boko Haram say they are as ISIS in “West Africa Province”. This organization was occupied the large region in Northeast and claimed as chaliph.

The strenght of militant group Boko Haram is signed these organization has rocket manufacturing in Northeast Nigeria. At recently war, Boko Haram was used rocket-propelled granades in Nigeria. This phenomenon has raising question where did all of the rockets come from. These organization has technically education for producing weapons. We can look their competence on some of pictures have taken from Borno sent by Whatsapp messages to BBC Hausa is using telephone numbers from Cameroon. These pictures has published at ISIS website.

Previously, ISIS millitant also killed prisoners in Palmyra, Suriah. ISIS was killed them because prisoner’s activities is called worship of idolatry. ISIS millitant also had been destroyed 2000 years old shrine, an arch, and tower tomb, after ISIS millitant had been repulsed government soldier from Palmyra since last May, 2015. Recently, ISIS had been claimed their bomb brought down Russia’s aircrafts on Egypt zone with their rocket.

On the base of recent facts is showing actually ISIS and Boko Haram have big capabilities. The sources of their strength are compartementazion, blurring structure, strong leadership, having make and using destructive weapons, strong ideology, have the same goals which want their reach together. At external factors, the ISIS strength is based from poverty gap in between eastern and southern countries vs western countries, the impact of United States and a majors countries arrogant and the impact of trade globalization.

What the international community and Indonesia government must do related by the phenomenon? The international community may be stoped violence actions among ISIS and western allies also Russia. United Nations must show their authority and their brave to make grand design to reducing extrimism and terrorism with United Nations could stay netral as long as the mediation process. Meanwhile, Indonesia goverment should anticipate the impact of ISIS existence at Indonesia society. The Indonesia government must be prudential to manage the diversity of Indonesia because these things could make vulnerability. In international fora, Indonesia through international Islamic organization like OKI must suggest to doing international deradicalization movement with the essence of messages are violence and terrorism aren’t the teachings of Islam.
